COMPETITION WEIGHTLIFTING PLATFORM 4×4 JUNIOR model IWF Oak 

The JUNIOR competition platform, model IWF, for weightlifting produced by REKORD has a needle construction  with fourteen load-bearing beams.  It is designed for children and youth competitions.  
The competition platform is normally heavy and difficult for children or youngsters to assemble, and carrying very heavy beams is dangerous for them. Therefore, in order to make the competitions for children and youngsters similar to the senior competitions, we offer a platform that is identical in formula and materials to the IWF competition platform, but much lighter and easier to assemble and store.

The fourteen elements are made in layers of plywood and oak  providing high  hardness and aesthetics. The same is true of the starter deck for seniors.

The starting platform is designed so that one element does not weigh more than 35 kg and can therefore be assembled by young people. (By way of comparison, 1 senior deck element weighs approx. 100 kg).
