Unique 1kg,1.5kg,2kg,2.5kg,5kg full size Olympic 450mm Technical Weights are ideal for beginners and young athletes. Made of PE(polyethylene), hollow construction and contoured design, the discs are quiet to use and last a long time. The distinctive design includes a deep rim edge to facilitate a secure grip for easy and safe handling, loading and unloading of the grips.  1kg, 1.5kg and 2kg discs only with  our 3kg,  5kg grips
