This bar comes in 3 versions. The one pictured here is a short version, with the same distance between the sleeves as the IWF distances, but with shorter sleeves so that it is easy to operate in clubs where space is limited. Mixed bearing: 3 closed ball bearings and a plain or needle bearing on each side of the sleeve. This is our design which allows
excellent rotation of the bar with the load. The bar is marked for weight lifting . The grips is rated for 208,000 psi and approximately 600 kg static load. 1.2 mm medium sharp tip
